You that always/sometimes skip breakfast! Yes, you!
I have one question for you:
What the fudge are you (not) doing?
You don’t fool anyone – you know very well that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
So, then again:
What the fudge?
You have no time in the morning. You have no appetite. You have no money. You forget. You this, you that.
No, no, no. What you have is no excuses.
Breakfast isn’t a thing because. It has a purpose, an important one in fact – to give you the nutrients you lost during the night and the energy you need during the day.
It’s not expensive. It doesn’t take loads of time to prepare. It’s not like you don’t have options – you have PLENTY of options: salty, sweet, bittersweet, smooth, spicy…
Whatever you feel like having, you name it and you find it…
… and you make it healthy, right? Right?
You should have at least four meals per day – breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner – and try to eat less meal by meal…
… but of course you know that already!
If brunch is your style, go for it… but don’t wait too many hours to have it after waking up.
It’s no good to accumulate all the appetite, because then you’ll eat too much on your next meal.
Give that body what it deserves! Treat yourself with kindness!
I mean, c’mon, can you really resist these in the morning?
