If you didn’t notice (as if!)…
… today is Friday and to celebrate we have some good food tips for you. 🎉
Have you ever wanted to work on a specific part of your body or get more active in general?
Well, with the right food you can!
When you feel good on the inside, you look good on the outside. Slayyy! 💁🏽💁🏻♂️
Here’s a brief guide of nice food for each main part of the body:
Starting off with the brain.
Our brain requires certain nutrients for a good performance and progress.
Oily fish 🐟 is a yes. Salmon, trout, mackerel, herring, sardines, pilchards and kippers… – you choose!
Have you ever noticed that walnuts 🥜 looks just like the human brain? Coincidence? I think not! Walnuts can help improve your mood as they contain one of the highest amounts of Omega-3 out of any nut.
Low DHA levels have been linked to an increased risk of dementia, Alzheimer and memory loss. So, what are you waiting for? Go get yourself some Omega-3 fats!

Follow your heart.
Go with citrus fruits 🍊🍋 – they are high in vitamin C, which has been linked to a lower risk of heart diseases.
Dark chocolate 🍫, why not? It contains flavonoids, called polyphenols, which may help blood pressure, clotting and inflammation.
Do you like red wine 🍷? Good news for you then! There’s a blood-thinning compound in red wine that reduces blood clots, commonly associated with strokes and heart diseases.
Sticks and stones may break your bones, but healthy food for sure won’t!
Turns out breakfast could be the best time to give your bone health a lift.
If you want your bones to get stronger, you will need calcium and vitamin D. Make sure you include calcium-fortified foods on your breakfast – such as soya products 🥛, fruit juices 🍹 and cereals 🥣.
Vitamin D is also beneficial for your skin.
Most people get it through exposure to sunlight, but since we’re in cloudy London ☁️ we must find other sources.
You can find this vitamin in green tea 🍵 or avocados 🥑.
For brain, heart, bones and skin altogether:
WATER! Don’t forget to drink six to eight glasses of water per day. 🚰

Remember that a well-balanced diet provides all the energy you need to stay active throughout the day and will help you get strong and healthy and prevent diet-related illness! 😀
