You shouldn’t deprive yourself from sweet food 🍫🍔🍰🍻🍹 – that’s why cheat days exist!
It’s important to plan and think about timing, as it’s what makes the difference between losing and gaining body fat.
Here’s a tip:
If you are going to have a cheat day, don’t let it coincide with a rest day!!! 🙅🏾♂️
It’s something a lot of people do… wrongly – they eat well 🍲, exercise during the week 🏋🏾 and on the weekend, while resting, eat poorly.
No can do.
Flip it around – have a cheat day to fuel ⛽️, a big workout session and eat well for recovery on your rest days.
Bad carbs, like a muffin, aren’t bad if:
1) you eat one per day before a workout session, and
2) if you are able to eat good quality food throughout the day.
Everything in moderation, right?
